Frequently Asked Questions

Make sure you have all pertinent information before you begin looking. This way, you'll be sure that the prices you are quoted will be correct. Questions you will be asked may include how many hours do you need the vehicle for, how many people, what is the occasion and what type of vehicle are you interested in. All these details will go into a cost estimate.

  •         Use a reputable and established firm.

  •         Visit several different companies before making a selection.

  •         Check the overall appearance of the cars. Are they clean and well maintained, inside and out, under the hood?

  •         Try all the buttons and knobs to make sure the cars features function properly.

  •         Beware of hidden charges. Ask what fees may be charged beyond the rental price, such as cleaning, mileage, etc..

  •         When you decide on a company and a car, make sure to complete a contract stating exactly what you expect to receive. It should also cover any special requests you may have.

Beware Of:

  •         Anyone pressuring you to sign a contract before you have had time to consider the contract.

  •         Anyone that wants you to pay in full far in advance of your reservation date.

  •         A company that has rates significantly lower than others. You may fin you are getting second rate service.

  •        DO Not get into a car if the driver appears to have been drinking or using drugs. Instead call the limousine service and ask that another driver be sent to you, ASAP.

Prepare a Schedule:

  •           The easiest way to guarantee that your limo and driver will be where they are supposed to be is to write a schedule of times and places. (Give this information to the service company a few days ahead of time.) If the locations are very difficult to find, a map for the driver would be a courtesy. All though all of our Limousine have a GPS system in them it would be of great help to offer a map.  Some newer locations may not be in the GPS system at the time of your service.

  • Be sure to give your schedule to a person in your wedding party and asked them to keep an eye on things as well.

  • Give other people whom you may be hiring to do services for you that day a copy of your schedule as well.
