Our Limousines are the cleanest well maintained you will see on the road today.  Our vehicles are in-house  maintained with Factory Trained Service Technicians. Our Limousine operators are licensed, well trained, and properly attired chauffeurs. limousine services are available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the location of your choice. We do an extensive background check on all drivers. We provide Proof of Livery Insurance

Operators should be eager to provide proof of valid, current insurance coverage for their fleet. Many states do not regulate limousine service in any manner, therefore, no agency checks this critical item. Because commercial passenger for hire insurance is very expensive, the incentive is high to insure vehicles under
a personal policy, if at all. This may not cover the client who hired the vehicle, and there are many cases where clients have been successfully sued for negligence attributed to a vehicle under their hire. While an alarming number of companies operate without insurance, there are plenty of quality companies that operate legally. You should get a copy of their certificate of insurance, and if you plan on using them over an extended period of time, it is wise to have their insurance provider add you as a "named insured." This provides added security and the insurance provider will notify you if the policy should be interrupted or lapse for any reason.

For Special Occasion Service

Commonly require personalized attention to your specific requirements. Whether it is a certain color of car or your favorite bottle of bubbly chilled to perfection, these details are important when using a special occasion limousine. Many times a smaller company can personally attend to such details more effectively.  Remember that  bigger Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, and Proms are special occasions that  is not always better. The more specific your requirements, the further in advance you should reserve and pay for your limousine. When doing so, insist on a written copy that clearly states the details of your reservation to your satisfaction, and keep a copy of the contract until after successful completion of your special event. Then relax and enjoy being pampered!

Vehicle and Company Inspection

Everyone is beautiful over the phone. If you haven't used a provider before and time allows, always visit the company in person before hiring them. The time to find out what you are getting is not when the vehicle shows up, when you have no choice but to accept a poor product. While visiting a provider, not only inspect the vehicles inside and out but ask to look under the hood note the cleanliness and condition of the engine compartment, as well as the presentation
of their office staff. Like most important purchases, it's best to look before you buy. Always write down the plate number and be sure they include it on there contract as well, you need to make sure this is the Limo coming back when it is time.

Deposit Policy

There is a $100.00 deposit required all bookings made with us. We will return your deposit if you cancel at least 90 days prior to your reservation date of service. If there is a Emergency of some kind and we can not give you another date for service because we are booked for that, then we will refund your deposit in full.  Proof of such may be required.  If you fail to cancel 30 days prior to date of service full amount will be due, according to the contract.  We reserve all rights on these decisions to enforce them. 

Contract Statement

I, the customer agree to the following: If any person in the limousine (s) vomits or smokes in the Limousine during the time, I will pay a fee $200.00 (for each Limousine in which this problem occurs). I agree to pay for any time in excess of that scheduled at the current rate quoted.  I agree to pay all expenses for any damages caused by any person (s) riding in the Limousines and the cost to replace property of Picture Perfect Limousines removed from the limousine during the rental period.  Picture Perfect is not responsible for lost or misplaced items left in the Limousines at the completion of the job.  If any person using the Limousines becomes abusive, engages in any illegal act or causes damage to the Limousine, the driver shall have the discretion to terminate the ride and remove such passengers.  I agree if this does occur, the entire fee will have been earned, I will receive no refund and will pay for any damages to the limousine and its equipment. Children under the age of 4 must be in a child approved safety seat supplied by you the customer. I, the customer agree to pay Picture Perfect entire fee in the event I do fail to cancel my reservation 30 days prior to scheduled date of service, refund of deposit will  be given if you cancel 90 days prior to date of service. In the event it becomes necessary for Picture Perfect to commence any legal action to enforce any of my obligations under this agreement (including collection of the fees), I agree to pay all such costs and expenses, including without limitations, reasonable attorney's fees.  In the event any money due under the terms of this contract is not paid when due, I agree to pay interest at the rate of two percent per month from the date such payment was due.  I, the customer agree in the event Picture Perfect wins judgment against me to pay all collection costs to in force judgment and collect money due. Bounced checks are subject to $35.00 fee + collection costs per incident. In the event I do pay by credit card all missing items or damages may be charged against my credit card and I will be notified by US mail and or phone call of charges with in 10 days of service.  Picture Perfect  is not responsible for acts of god or beyond our control.  I the customer do also realize that failure to pay for Limousines service is punishable under New York State Law, Penal Code Section 165.15 Picture Perfect is not responsible for weather conditions; we will do our best to arrive on time and to perform our work in a professional manner.  Any anyone under the age of 21, everything is subject to search.  All Limousines services are 3-hour minimum services charge, unless other wise stated.  Picture Perfect reserves the right to upgrade your service in the event of mechanical failure or an act of god beyond our control with out prior notice.
